Hello, I am so glad you have joined me here!

I’ve created this site with you in mind. I encourage you to take some time and look around. You will find a collection of devotionals, poetry, and my thoughts on a variety of topics. Some were written in my quiet time with God, and some are a result of my processing the ups and downs of life.

I share these words with the hope that they will be an encouragement for you and to let you know that you are not alone in this journey. It is my prayer that together we can discover a closer walk with God and each other.

I rarely find written words that penetrate my heart as Rebecca’s do. They seem to speak to my situation just at the right moment. Thank you Rebecca, for bringing God's word to the forefront in your remarkable writing. I have been blessed over and over again.

5 random things about me that have nothing to do with writing:

  • I am a sucker for a cute furry face. This includes my husband and the three pets I share a home with.

  • I am the proudest Mama and Gigi. I think my adult children and their partners, and my sweet granddaughter are amazing, no matter what.

  • I am addicted to podcasts. Partly because I love learning and partly because listening to them is the only way to pause all the thoughts in my head. Until I hear something in a podcast that gives me a great idea to write about….

  • The ocean has my heart forever. I leave a piece of me on its shore every time I leave it, and then pick that piece back up, with a big exhale, whenever I am back.

  • My other loves are chocolate, pizza, and coffee – they are just always a good idea.
